Placed an order for pickup through DoorDash and they refused to give my fiancé the food because he "didnt have a DoorDash bag". He explained the order was placed through DoorDash but for pickup, and they brought a manager out, who stated they had to call DoorDash to make sure they could give him the order. It was a mess, but the food is always good.

Meat feast pizza is my husbands favorite, but he's a Hoosier and most Hoosiers love this pizza; however I don't like my meat ground up together. But I enjoy seeing my husband enjoying it. Paid $3 extra for express delivery but delivery was delayed another 15 to 20 minutes?? The chicken strips were very delicious but sauce was very hot. Paid for 2 salads but only received one--not an unusual occurrence from any fast food chain these days, but my husband doesn't hardly leave the house due.to his health. Breadsticks tasty but were the size of pretzel rods and slightly overcooked.. Definitely not their best for a $68 pizza meal with no drinks or dessert but again the dasher said it was a madhouse there. We were both slightly disappointed but the rating choice is like or dislike or love--on 0 to 10 scale 3.8! Because the dasher had to wait for the food, hard to understand why it cooled off so quickly--we live about 10 min drive from restaurant. His favorite pizza so will probably order again but not let the dasher leave before checking the bag and not fully tip them in advance. Usually I don't give negative reviews because one of my grandsons also work in food delivery--not for DoorDash. Thanks for letting me share!

2 orders of kids chicken fingers for almost $9 consisted of only 1 &1/2 pieces of burnt chicken, breadsticks were also burnt and inedible, pizza was ok. Called store, but they were not helpful or willing to make it right

Best royal feast pizza I've ever had, most of the time they don't put enough cheese or they undercook it if I get extra cheese but this one was perfect. Thank you

Must have changed the 8" Original Giant Sub it was smothered in BBQ sauce. I have had these for years and do not like the change.
