I think they should call the Enchiladas rancheras (2) Mexican pot roast. This meat is so good and tender and in big thick chunks. Look for the cheese under the meat. My friend also enjoyed his combo as well, especially the quesadilla. This meal was delicious.

There was an incredible amount of meat for this meal. This is what's left after eating 4 helpings from it. Chicken, steak , pork and shrimp tasted great!

The Shrimp Tostada was delicious as always but did seem a little sweeter than before. The Enchiladas El Jefe (3) were great in concept but the meat inside was so burnt and dry I couldn't tell what it was. Also, this time the salsa and the shrimp tostadas were leaking into the bag. I'm be back but they missed the mark this time.

The MEXICAN FRIED RICE was absolutely delicious! Huge portion, super flavorful. 10/10 I'll order it every time! Everything was fresh, warm and tasty.

It may have just been our order, but the meat was so dry in the enchiladas. The taste was ok. Portion size was inconsistent - 3 enchiladas had barely any beans, yet the 3 tacos came with a completely different container of beans and rice. It was somewhere new for us to try, however, won't be ordering from here again.
