Poke works is always so freaking good, always full of flavor and they never skimp on the topping especially for their bowls!!

I was so excited to have this poke bowl buy one get one so I could eat one for dinner and have the other for lunch the next day. When it arrived, it looked beautiful and generous in portion, but the issue was only apparent when I started eating.
The fish tasted a little old, but my main problem was that more than half of the bowl was just unidentified liquid making a gross, soupy mess. I thought the bowls seemed extremely heavy, but I thought it was simply a generous portion.
The rice and lettuce was absolutely soaked at the bottom and I could not finish eating it because it was such a gross mush after eating the very top layer.
I guess the buy one get one was too good to be true!

Order 2 bowls and both bowls were not full in the slightest. Paid $25 for a meal that quite literally only had 6 cubes of chicken. Usually this location does a great job with sizable portions, but this is a huge let down. I'm honestly shocked this is how much food I got with the amount paid. Hoping next time will be better, otherwise I will not be ordering again. Food tastes good otherwise but I am still hungry because of the tiny portions!!

I love the food, it's my fav place. But after spending so much money and for the bag to be such a cheap material I think it's ridiculous. There was a lot of boxes in the bag and the bag just rips. I will for sure keep ordering as it's my fav place like I said, but packaging needs to change. I shouldn't have to reorder with hopes that I can actually eat my food before the bag rips.

Horrible quality tuna, did not look anything like the photos and didn't even know if it was in fact tuna. Looked more like raw chicken. Very hot rice under "cold raw fish". I was so excited but disappointed.
