Pollo Tropical always has excellent food great portions so it's a good value for your money and it tastes good!

Chicken protein cup was waaaaay overcooked and dried out.
Black beans side dish was very watery with no flavor.

Didn't get what ordered, I asked for certain sauces and didn't recieve them after being charged for extra. The chicken was undercooked and I discarded the meal

Good arrived shortly after ordering, chicken was still hot, beans and rice good as usual, dinner rolls was nice and soft.
