We took a bite and couldn't speak! Best pizza we have every had in Athens! Homemade crust is crispy and airy. Sauce is not heavy, just right. We ordered the 18" BYO Pizza with olive tapanade, mushrooms, fresh mozzarella, tomato jam and basil. This is a fold over pizza. Outstanding!

The last pizza I ordered was excellent! I raved about it. I ordered the same pizza and it was burned on the bottom. I like it charred, but this was way too much. The toppings weren't as fresh either. Two completely different results. You nneed to work on consistently.
