I heard of these guys when they were in NYC, and was excited to try them in DC! They arrived hot and fresh. I did not try them toasted because it just felt wrong to do anything other than rip into them and spread cream cheese as I ate it. I tried cutting into one but they were so fluffy that ripping really is better. I would get these again

Excellent! Arrived steaming hot. Deliciously soft inside and nice crunch outside. Everything bagel was not salty but just right! Wish there were directions on how to reheat the bagels.

The bagels are great. But I never get everything I order or I get the incorrect items. Today got 4 out of 6 bagels. I ordered 2 smears and a butter. I got 3 smears. This has been consistent the last couple of orders. The items I ordered are on the receipt that is on the badge but they are not checking to make sure the correct items are in the bag.

The only thing i didnt like was that the bagels where kind of unsanitary packed , i believe there should be some wrap and not just them in a bag.
