The bagels are excellent, perhaps the best I have had in Houston. They are a little chewy for my taste, but toasting the bagel resolves the situation. The cream cheese is worthy of three Michelin stars. I have been eating bagels with cream cheese since the 1940s. I have never tasted a cream cheese so sublime. until I was recently introduced to Pop-up Bagels by my son, a true bagel maven.

We ordered 4 everything bagels, 1 salted bagel, 1 plain bagel and the flavor of the week shmear. It was my sister's only request for her birthday, so I will be driving to Austin with these and I cannot wait to share.

The size of the bagel is laughably small. Not even the size of a bagel from the grocery store.

Ordered bagels with cream cheese. Don't receive the cream cheese. Considering how expensive it is, and no one wanted the bagels without it, this was a complete waste of money. We were looking forward to this store opening but might not order or go again if they are this careless
