Love the Chicago style Plant-based Garden Dog! Have ordered it several times and it's excellent each time. And they label it very well as the plant based item.
Fries were fine, a little added crisp would be good, might be nice to have a 'cook well' option. Cheese sauce was standard nacho cheese sauce. Portion size was just right of it but it wasn't that hot when I got it.

Order took a while because it was given to the wrong person apparently so I had to request a reorder.
Really nice that they have a vegetarian option, hard to find that. The vegetarian hotdog was great and packaged well. Fries were a little disappointing since they weren't very hot and had forgotten to be salted, but the cheese sauce which was nice and hot still, helped a lot. Strawberry shortcake was really good, large portion and delicious. Would order from here again.

I have never been disappointed with Portillo's!!!
I love their hot dog and often times order their chili. Their chili is very simple, but tasty! Their fries are awesome!!!!

This was my first time trying Portillo's and I was both impressed and not. The double cheeseburger I had was really good but the croissant beef and cheddar was a complete disappointment. They didn't even give me croissant bread they gave me like a sub bread and they didn't put cheese so it was just roast beef. It was also very soggy like completely wet so that was a big miss. The onion rings were really good and so were the French fries. The chicken was also really good and cooked perfectly. The chocolate cake was a huge disappointment, they listed it as being a homemade cake, but the only way that it's homemade is if they mean a boxed cake mix and canned frosting. It was really gross. I will say though that the eclair cake was pretty good. I did speak with the manager and he made it right for me and I'll definitely try them again.

I ordered a dipped beef sandwich and paid extra for sweet and hot peppers and mozzarella cheese. There was ZERO cheese on my sandwich and barely any peppers. The taste was very bland, the hot peppers were mild at best, a complete rip off and no chance I will order from this location in Scottsdale again.
