• 4 days agoThe Combo was not dipped at all. Also the last few times the Italian sausage has not been fully cooked. As a Chicagoan it seems as if staff does not care about how they prepare the food. Total disappointment of my $25 ordering by door dash

• 2/3/26I haven't had an Italian beef sandwich like that since I moved to the south. It was perfect. Beef was moist and tasty. Peppers were excellent and the French bread was nice and flakey on the outside, chewy inside. Had the perfect amount of gravy. Highly recommend!

• 9/9/25This is my first time eating Portillo's I see why they are so popular. I should've gotten a bigger Famous Meal #1: Italian Beef Sandwich it was delicious and the onion rings were amazing. I don't know what the Chocolate Cake Slice has in it but that cake was moist and so decadent. I would definitely recommend this place.
