This was the best IT'S BACK - Create Your Own Loaded Tortilla Soup I've had in a long time. Brings me back to my first time having it. The crunchy shell is so good when they package the soup on the side.

This place is usually pretty okay, but this time it really missed the mark. My Create Your Own Bowl was half empty & missing ingredients. All of my steak was tiny, burnt bits. It also had a LOAD of shredded cheese which made it super salty!

Ordered from this location twice this week as it's the closest to my work and both times the burritos were very low on meat, did not seem very fresh, looked like they were wrapped by a toddler and were only about half covered in foil. My most recent order was missing multiple items. Safe to say I will be paying more to order from a different location from now on.

Food tasted great but rice was completely undercooked and felt like I was eating chalk. Lettuce looked a little old it looked a little brown. There wasn't much of the queso maybe a tablespoon amount.

Worst Create Your Own Bowl ever, so SALTY it wasn't edible and I requested a bottle Sprite® 20 oz Bottle Beverage and they sent a cup of flat soda. Would not order again and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant
