I am usually very pleased with my orders from this location. However my order today was far below the standard I have come to expect from this location. The bag of chips with my 3-Cheese Queso & Chips and guac sides was grossly stale. My large Coke tasted like cardboard had been sitting in ice water for hours and my steak Create Your Own Burrito was invaded with steak pieces that were crispier than the chips I was supposed to receive. Ultimately this order was a huge disappointment. I don't know what happened today, but this is not the typical quality or value that I have come to expect from this location. Very disappointing. I may order again in hopes that this was a fluke but I won't be doing that anytime soon.

Ok i have eaten here before and the portions have been nice, but this time i ordered and they barely gave me any rice with my bowl. The general portion was lower than usual. But besides that everything was nice, the foods good is just the portion that they gave me this time

The rice was hard and undercooked. The pinto beans also taste a little undercooked. The rest of it was fine I guess.

Both the chicken protein bowl and regular bowl arrived on paper plates and we were charged full price for what amounted to half a normal portion.
