Their specialty lattes are a must try — I always request less sweet, and the result is a beautifully balanced latte which highlights the flavor choice itself. Forget the over-sugared lattes of the mainstream: QCR is where it's at.
Also appreciate consistently great taste in the drip coffee (and the fact that you can select medium/light, or dark).

Their espresso is so smooth. They care about the source of their beans. And because of this, all their drinks, including the Iced Spanish Latte are on another level.

This is my favorite coffee shop in the area. I also love their selection of teas and especially the herbal varieties. Queen City has menu options that other shops don't and their drinks are consistently good each time I've ordered.

Olympics Muffin was super moist and full of flavor. Good size for the price.
