All three drinks we ordered were delicious; we customized the Oreo Snow with strawberry popping pearls, Coffee Snow with boba, and the Reese's Peanut Butter all prepped just right. The lumpia was crispy hot and ready to dip in the accompanying sauce. So good!

The tea itself was okay, but the boba was old and pruny like a raisin. Definitely not worth the price when other places charge 7 bucks for a large with freshly made pearls.

These amazing milk teas are always sweet and delicious, as well as creamy. They're tapioca pearls are always chewy and fresh too! This is my go to for boba.

Thank you for adjusting the sweetness for one of our drinks, but the store only gave us two straws for four drinks. My waffle was missing a fourth of the item.
