• 16/7/26The shrimp are a nice size. It's has a great okra flavor. The okra appears to be smothered down before being added to the gumbo, so it's not slimy at all. Overall, it's a very good Shrimp & Okra Gumbo!

• 3/4/26The vegetable soup is consistently delicious! I was sad because the onion rings are usually crispy and good but this time they arrived soft and soggy! The red beans and rice are ok! I do wish the portion of the soup was larger or the price was less since it's $22 a bowl with 4 bites of meat but very tasty meat! Yes I'll order again! Cheers!

• 15/11/25The food was so good that we ordered it twice in 1 week! The service was good with big portions and packaged well. I'm not sure about the interior of the restaurant since we ordered for delivery. All the dishes were fresh. Very plentiful. Absolutely delicious! Yes, I highly recommend this place. Cheers!

• 18/10/23This is the second time ordering from here ... its silly you have to pay$5.00 more for extra rice ... when its the same amount of rice for a cup. But the size of the potato salad is sad.
Both times it was half a scoop ...i have pics ...
I do not make complaints but in Lake Charles
I can get a large gumbo large rice and a nice size portion of potato salad for $18.00.
I reallime the quality of taste from here but I can getway for my money at different in the
Lafayette area

• 16/12/25The Chicken & Sausage Gumbo flavor itself was not bad however there was no sausage at all. The potato salad was very bland and the portion size was very small for the price of upcharge. Would have been nice to get crackers.
