You will enjoy the traditional Japanese ramen with rich pork broth flavors at Ramen Hakata.
Ramen Hakata is proud of its Ramen.
The broth for the ramen is created by cooking high-quality pig bones for…
I wanted to leave another review because I saw some false stuff stated in a different review from someone else who rated this place poorly.
1. I've had ramen from so many different places and they're always bland and barely have flavor. This is the only place I order from and it consistently tastes good, the broth is rich, and they make it from scratch. I would know, I used to work at the location in highland village years ago. The broth differs depending on the ramen you choose so make sure you pay attention to that when ordering.
2. The sauce for the gyoza is absolutely not just soy sauce. I've included a picture for reference. It's soy sauce mixed with spices and I believe some sort of oil or maybe ponzu sauce. I haven't figured out the combo but it's not just soy sauce...you can tell when you eat it.
This place is my favorite ramen place, every dish I try is amazing and they never disappoint. I won't order ramen from other places anymore because it's never as good as Ramen Hakata. The man who first opened this chain of restaurants directly studied under a ramen master in Japan and earned a degree for it so they know what they are doing. I will forever continue to sing the high praises of Ramen Hakata cause it's always delicious, delivered fast, and they have a huge menu with so many options, and constantly add new dishes. My gyoza are perfectly crispy, the korokke are something I crave regularly. Even now that I'm pregnant I just want to eat food from this place all the time. They also have the best tonkatsu curry I've ever had. So don't listen to others, just try the ramen, the rice bowls, and the appetizers and I promise your tastebuds will be happy you did so!

I had the N8. Miso Vegetable Ramen, it's my usual go-to when we order from here. The broth is rich and flavorful and hot enough to heat both the veggies and the noodles. The A6. Gyoza is crispy and savory, especially with the dipping sauce. Most importantly, all the utensils are in the bag as well as sauces and napkins and necessities.

Very disappointed since this place had good reviews, this was the worst flavored N7. Miso Spicy Ramen. It had no flavor and was like dirty dish water. The dumplings were tiny and not tasty and the sauce was straight soy sauce

Delicious as always. Will forever love this place. The A6. Gyoza is always my favorite appetizer My husband said the R2. Ebidon he got was really good too just as good as the Katsudon he normally gets. I also recommend the Tonkatsu Curry, Kimchi Ramen, Spicy Miso Ramen, or Yakisoba. You literally cant go wrong with anything on their menu, and they add new stuff from time to time too. One of my all time favorite restaurants!

I ordered the N1. Hakata Ramen and have many times before. This time, it was inedible. The broth was like greasy water, no seasoning or depth of flavor. Also, a large was somehow 1/3 of a broth container? For $20, not risking it again.
