Rancho has come a long way! I went st the grand opening and I can say this was the best time I've ever been. I don't say that in a bad way but in a good way. The Nachos Carne Asada were perfect cheese throughout. The Shrimp & Fish Tostada Mix perfect. The Quesadilla Carne Asada with a side of sour cream amazing!
