They give you A LOT OF FOOD! I haven't been here in some time but it is just as delicious as I remembered. Forgot to take a pic before eating. The pon pon chicken was crispy not soggy like other places that have breaded food.

My favorite Eggplant dish ever no lie. It is enough for two meals at least (43. Eggplant with Pork in Spicy Garlic Sauce in Pot )also the actual best shumai, I compare everywhere else to this place. My go-to order and will be back in 2 weeks for my birthday. Travels well, still warm and clearly fresh.

Steam BBQ Pork Bun(3), Siu Mai (4)Shrimp Chive Dumpling (3) were so good!
Portion sizes with cost were fair.
Red Maple is always reliable and consistent! Glad the food is still affordable and delicious!

N2. Chow Mein Crisp Noodle (American Style) very good, but way too much liquid. I couldn't open the box without making a mess and it's a consistent problem. Also noodles should be increased by about 50%, there never seem to be enough.

Red Maple is my HO/TO restaurant for the most authentic Chinese food in the Salt Lake Valley. I highly recommend any of the lunch specials if you can go into the restaurant directly if not even picking up lunch to go or my favorite Chappa noodles with beef.
