• 2/9/26Whoever made my bowl today deserves the biggest raise and should receive free roots, cava, chipotle, etc. for life. What a solid freaking bowl. Perfectly crafted with the healthiest scoop of chicken I've ever received from an online order. A+. If I ever own a restaurant you're hired.

• 3/6/25The Balboa Bowl was HUGE, so much that I couldn't finish it. Very delicious and fresh tasting. The sweet potatoes were amazing! Definitely will order again!

• 11/6/26SEAL the dang food Roots!!! My bowl came unsealed by itself- no bag in sight. Irritated because there were ants on my bowl as the food wasn't in a bag or even sealed!! Forgot my parm cheese & put half a scoop of chicken....what are ya'll doing???? $21 for a half filled bowl. If I want a half filled bowl I'll go to chipotle- at least they seal the dang bag.

• 28/2/25Lots of rice compared to veggies. Not much dressing making it dry. Fresh ingredients

• 23/8/26The top wasn't tight so much of it fell out and not much veggie or chicken in the bowl.
