I've been eating at Runza for decades. I've even worked at a Runza. I don't know what this Runza does but every time I order a burger from them they are so greasy that the buns basically disintegrate. The grease bleeds through the wrapper and even through the bag. I've eaten at other Runza restaurants and didn't have this issue. I think someone needs to retrain their employees

All three of the chicken wraps had soggy lettuce and the one wrap's chicken wasn't even cooked all the way. Will never order from here again.
