Enjoy a single order of Truffle Fries, as they are substantial and may be shared. My personal favorite is Nasi Goreng Kampung . Not to be missed is the Chicken Teriyaki. For refreshments, I heartily suggest Green Thai Tea. Sadly, the Hibiscus Tea we purchased doesn't include the lychee jelly that we ordered. Overall, Salima Specialties made dinner more enjoyable for us.

I ordered for my family of 7 and we had a mix of noodles, teriyaki, and pho. I had one person with allergies and I was able to get on the call and ensure everything was safe and they called back to let us know they had it handled. Portion size was great and we all were full! Would order again!

overall I really enjoyed the food. Most of it was fresh, juicy, and delicious. The one exception was the Lemongrass Beef Banh Mi bread was definitely old and not good to point of being inedible. I also only received 1 of the three sauces that was supposed to come with my order. There was no green chutney with the Chicken Samosas , although the samosa's themselves were awesome. There also was no peanut sauce for the Chicken Satay Skewers which were seasoned well and grilled perfectly.

Everything was excellent and delicious. The Chicken Teriyaki was juicy but had the nice charred edges. The Chicken Curry was full of flavor and not too spicy. the Paratha was the best I've had in Seattle. Should have ordered more. Same with the Mango Lassi , the perfect blend.
