I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from Sarku Japan in Nashua, NH.
Last Wednesday, I ordered two meals for home delivery, and what I received was completely unacceptable. Both meals contained an extremely small amount of protein. The noodles were dry, lacked flavor, and the portion of chicken was so small that it felt like I was paying mostly for noodles.
This is completely different from the meals served when dining at your mall location. The quality, freshness, and portion sizes were nowhere near what I have come to expect from your restaurant. Customers should not receive an inferior product simply because they order delivery.
My family and I have been loyal customers, but this experience has completely damaged our trust in your restaurant. I have also spoken with friends who used to enjoy ordering from this location, and they expressed similar disappointments.
Considering the poor quality of the food and the misleading portion sizes, I believe I deserve either a full refund or appropriate compensation for this order. I paid for two complete meals and did not receive the quality or value that was promised.
I sincerely hope management will review this situation, improve quality control, and contact me to resolve this matter. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to share my experience publicly so that other customers know what to expect.

I usually pick this up. It's in a smaller container apparently for deliver and I asked for xtra chicken on my CHICKEN TERIYAKI . It was probably 2/3 the size compared to pick up. Tasty as usual but a bit disappointing on size and extra chicken charge. Would recommend pick up not delivery

The taste was ok but the portion of rice was not as much as before and not much flavor with mixed white rice in the fried rice. The vegetables had no flavor. The chicken was good. They never put sauce on when it is from DoorDash but if you go to the mall they put sauce on it but I can't leave my home anymore

The food from here is always fresh and delicious and usually gets here in under 30 minutes for delivery. The portions are huge, splurge and pay the extra 2.00 for extra chicken on the chicken teriyaki plate, you will have enough food for two people easily. Yum!
