• 28/7/25Another winner. I'm new to Shake Shack. First I got the Shack Burger, excellent, arrived nice and warm, a great burger. Next, I got the Cheeseburger with some add-ons, also delicious, but arrived on the cool side. I live quite close and try to order at off times, which usually works well, but a little miss arriving not warm enough, but still very good. Last night I got the Chicken Shack. Very delicious, but so terribly salty. I added bacon to make it sort of a club sandwich. It was nice and warm, chicken tender and cooked nicely crispy, and love the the herb mayo. The extra saltiness was from the chicken, the breading, and it seemed to be marinated, so the chicken itself was extra salty. I am not supposed to have much sodium, so I may have to forgo the Chicken Shack in the future or forgo the bacon. But, the burgers, I'll get them again and again. The over saltiness was not from the bacon , although one expects bacon to be salty, but the chicken itself was the culprit. I like it very much, though will have to avoid it because of the salt, was really too salty. Too bad, as it is a great sandwich . Best burgers around, that's for sure. I want no other now that I've had yours. Burgers outshine all others by miles. I will be getting them from now on. BTW, the pickles are terrific, too, far better than any others. Yum. Dang, now I'm hungry in the middle of the night for one of your burgers.

• 26/7/25Got a lettuce wrap for chicken instead of a bun. What a joke. Three huge pieces of ribbed lettuce on top and three on the bottom and way down inside was a mess of mayonnaise and chicken. Couldn't even begin to pick it up without removing 4 pieces of lettuce. Terrible mess. Clearly they do not know what a wrap is. Burgers were average and fries were probably from GFS. Sixty + for mediocre food.

• 2/11/25I love the Avocado Baco Burger. Has a great flavor. I ordered the two patties so that a perfect portion and everything was fresh. I love that they grill the bread but I hate the the avocados are not always ripe. I also with the avocado would cover more than one side of the sandwich.

• 4/10/25I'm a little disappointed. I always have a good experience with shake shack but I felt like the burger wasn't very fresh and I didn't realize I would have a pound of hot peppers on it. Also, I was excited for the parmasean garlic fries, but the garlic dip was not good. Ending up just eating them plain which had parmesan sprinkled on it. Milkshake was bomb, per usual, but yeah I'd overall rate it 5/10 this time. I guess next time I will just stick with what I know.

• 28/5/25Everything tasted fine, but there were issues with each item. The Cheeseburger was missing the bacon that I paid extra for, the Chicken Bites had only 5 pieces instead of 6, and the Banana Pudding Shake, while delicious, was almost impossible to drink through the straw because the cookie pieces were too big and clogged it. Also, it arrived tipped over and leaking all over the bag and other items. I usually don't have issues with this restaurant, so it was probably just a bad day; however, I was still disappointed.
