fries are cold inside. like theyaren't even heated.doubale Avocado Bacon Burger had a fewlack pieces ofavocado. for 45 dollars, 2 burgers and fries and onion look like happy meals. this place is a total rip off. sonic is better

Ngl I love shake shack and they USUALLY taste amazing, but I wasn't impressed with the last order. The burger patties were charred, and I couldn't eat the fries because it had a strong bitter chemical taste like it was overcooked or fried with bad oil.

Fresh, warm, and crispy chicken on my Avocado Bacon Chicken, loved it! Mango Passionade is also a new favorite of mine and has the perfect tangy twist.

Burger wrapped in lettuce was flavorful, well done just as asked, not too big but also not too small and fresh. I would order again.

everything was cold upon delivery and the K-Shack Spicy BBQ Cheese Fries were hard - not at all crispy, even when warmed up. and the kimchi seasoning tasted like they just poured a pound of sugar on top with how sweet it was
the ShackBurger tasted fine and the crispy onions added a nice touch
