• 4/1/24the smoke shack is the perfect amount of spice not too much but just enough the spicy shack Meister is just a little bit more but still flavorful the hot chicken was flawless from the slot to the pickle this is one of the few places I would always recommend to eat it the way it comes never change until you try it the way they meant for it to be tried

• 22/1/26All right let me write an honest review to help others. So first off, it was good but not great. there was very little flavor to the burger meat. The Fries were just a little salted. I'd say this place is worth trying once or twice. it may have been better in person, especially because Door Dash adds about $2 per item. that's probably the biggest issue with this place-pricing. the food just isn't worth the price. what I liked: portion sizes. the Double ShackBurger was huge and my daughter's Cheeseburger was even a good size. You could tell the food was pretty fresh. It just took a while to get here so it was cold by the time we got it. The best thing we got was the Strawberry Lemonade 🤌🏻 obviously homemade and not overly sweet. I might order again but like I said there was nothing extremely great about the food. there's nothing I could see myself craving in the future except for the strawberry lemonade.

• 19/10/25The cheese for the Cheese Fries was delicious. I liked that they had a wooden fork to use to grab the fries and dip; it was like a fondue fork and let you get every bit of cheese in the cups. I felt like the fries were a good portion. If I order again, would make the French Onion Soup Burger a double. It was phenomenal though and I bet would be even better fresh. Both items were on the hotter side of warm enough to be enjoyable. Overall a good pick and I appreciated the sale price; not sure I would pay full price though.

• 14/6/24Our favorite of the burger chains! First time Dashing it and the food traveled better than most. Everything was warm and NOT SOGGY! Fries were still fresh and crispy!

• 3/1/24I dont even like crinkle cut fries, but the Spicy Fries with Ranch was fire! The burger was delicious, the bun so soft and the peppers were sooooo good! Could have used more sauce on the burger, kinda dry.
