Had the regular double Bacon Cheeseburger and the burger was good. Fresh bun, juicy very well seasoned, and nicely cooked patties with a generous amount of bacon. Fries kind of reminded me of White Castle which has the some of the worst fries in fast food. The fries in my opinion are very much over priced especially for the portion I was given. Overall, I don't feel like I got my money's worth. However, I would return just for the burger.

I think the SmokeShack is my favorite fast food burger. The red peppers have a nice heat level that doesn't overwhelm the beef. I wish they offered a larger size Fountain Soda (it's only 24 ounces), especially for the price. I order once or twice a month, but I usually wait for a deal.

Burger is small, the bun is incredibly small and the bottom bun is a torn piece, small slices of tomatoes, and had one small thin leaf of lettuce. For the price of fries, that's a very small box.

forgot my fries and the two shakes i ordered was just 1 shake split into two cups. also the $12 burger is smaller than a mcdouble

Fried to a crisp and half the chicken patty was missing. My poor finance, who is so easy to please with food, bit into this and yelped "omg what the?!" It was inedible. We order the chicken shack all the time - so this was unexpected. Perhaps it's the location
