Hands down the best chicken sandwich that ever existed. The herb mayo is amazing and the breading on the chicken is divine.

The order was fine, Fries were good but it was cold. The ShackBurger was dry but delicious, the dasher was very nice! I liked the Cherry Blossom Shake although it tasted nothing like cherry blossom, it tasted like a regular vanilla shake the only thing diff was that there was a pink color and pink sprinkles. Kind of dissapointed because I spent 37 bucks on it. I wouldn't recommend but it was still tasty so I would get it if you like good fries and a dryish burger.

The food was very delicious, tasted so fresh , warm and very filling! I really hope they permanently keep the French Onion Burger on the menu! I also really appreciated I called store/manager with a special request to please add strawberry puree/sauce in my Cookies and Cream Shake and they did it with no problem and everything was soo good that I ordered same exact order next the day with my mom!

As someone who is currently trying to avoid dairy I was glad for the alternative. However, the bun substitutions basically equated to burying your protein in so much lettuce you couldn't find it. As someone taking blood thinners, that option was not a good alternative for me.
The proportion of the Chicken Shack was also not worth the menu price (on door dash at least) as it was essentially two bites without a bun (ignoring the absurd amount of lettuce that doesn't make up the difference in cost, anyhow).

Double ShackBurger was amazing even though it was kind of cold due to the distance the meat had a great quality and taste very good. My mom enjoyed her Chicken Shack and her Bacon Cheese Fries. The quality of very good and delicious. Highly recommend ordering from her.
