• 16/10/22disappointing. haven't ordered shake shack in a while, got the Choco Salted Toffee Shake, Hot Ones™ Cheese Fries and Hot Ones™ Cheese Fries, which were different only by having a smear of extra sauce and a sprinkling of red pepper. burger was smushed with soggy bacon and fries were stale. the shake was fine. whole thing was not a great value.

• 27/12/22They made the saltiest patty out of any shake shack chain and they kept my bag inside kitchen instead of putting it on the pick up selves so all my food got cold.

• 1/1/26Good reminder why I don't get the food here. I really wanted a shake so we decided to get food too and everything was awful. Bland and tiny portions. Surprisingly even the shake wasn't good this time like normal, it had huge fudge and peppermint chunks at the bottom that should've been spun into it. The onion rings were decent but came with 6 and they weren't very big. The grilled cheese came with two tiny pieces of bread with a little bit of cheese in the middle.....it's $7!! For it apparently being better ingredients it really doesn't taste better. Also their app/website is consistently bugging out so I'm forced to order on DoorDash which is more expensive. We spent $76 in total after tip. That's ridiculous for something this bad.

• 16/11/24I would give five stars BUT they are NOT cheap, and they are genuinely too expensive to never send your eight dollar fries. This is my second time ordering from this location they don't send sauce, and they don't send fries-- just the Sandwhiches smh
