they forgot my ranch i called and asked for since you can't add it on the app and had it confirmed that it was packed, also the "full" order of mojos was a tiny box. disappointed to say the least, not worth the $10 for the amount u get in this little box. i've ordered from shakeys numerous times, the box for a full order is always nearly double the size of this one. maybe it's just the location, la habra is a million times better. won't be buying from this location again.

Mojo's were very salty and thin - making them taste like salty potato chips that were not fully toasted. They didn't crunch and they were not soft so they fell in the unpleasant texture spot. The pizza was also not as fluffy as I remember it. I long held Shakeys as my favorite pizza spot because of the deep dish but this pizza felt less tasty than a little ceasers pizza. It seems like the downgraded quality of both of these Shakey's staples is that they are using smaller portioned ingredients - likely to combat rising costs but at the expense of flavor and quality. Disappointed because I long for a shakeys flavor that may no longer exist.

Had the large PCM, pizza was just okay. Mojos were dried out and chewey, cut very thin. Chicken was old, the skin was not crunchy, it was oily and chewey, the chicken under the skin had hard dried out spots. I will never order from Whittier Shakeys on Washington again. Unfortunately door dash won't let me change to the Pico Rivera Shakeys.

It's paper thin and doesn't taste fresh at all. All I wanted was a pepperoni Medium Pizza this stinks
