Disapppointed. First time ordering delivery from this location. Maple donut tasted old and they shorted me a cinnamon twist, so they owe me $3.79. I tried the kolache dippers and the dipping sauce is good, but very thin. I will not be ordering from this location again.

I recently posted a review stating that they shorted me a Glazed Cinnamon Twist. I thought I had ordered 2 Glazed Cinnamon Twist and 1 cinnamon roll; turns out I did not. I guess they only had 1 Glazed Cinnamon Twist and put in the cinnamon roll as a substitute, so I'm sorry about that and thank you for doing that. The Apple Fritter and Classic Glazed tasted fresh, but the Maple Iced still tasted old. I tried the Kolache Dippers and was disappointed that they were mostly bread, not much meat. The dipping sauce is good, but very thin.

If you don't have the donuts that people request, then you should call or text them to see about substitutions. I paid $18 for a bunch of donuts. I don't even like when you could've easily called me and asked for the specific donuts I'd like to have replaced for the ones that you didn't have on hand.

Loved shipplys doubts would order again the doubts are pretty big for shippleys and are still pretty hot which means fresh!
