The donuts weren't fresh, but I was picking them up at 2 o'clock in the afternoon so I wasn't expecting anything super fresh. However., the lady at the window didn't say two words to me, and then after I picked up my order and said thank you to her, she didn't say you're welcome or anything from that matter and just stared at me. So I think I'm done with Shipley's for now.

Sausage & Cheese Kolache was cold
Donut Classic Glazed Do-Nut Holes tasted like they were yesterdays leftovers and were stale as well as the Create Your Own Mixed Dozen Do-Nuts Box . I am thoroughly dissatisified and dissapointed.

One of my donuts came with a small metal peice of what looked like maybe a metal rack? I bit into my donut and almost cracked my teeth. other than that the donuts were good.
