First timer, thought we would give this place a try due to the good reviews. This was a DD pickup. Ordered a pizza calzone, 2am slider and garlic parm fries. DD alerted me the order was ready for pickup, when I went in to get it, it was another 20 minute wait! The pizza calzone was the only thing hot. The garlic parm fries were soaked in sauce so much there was no crisp left at all. The slider was unseasoned and dripping with ketchup/mustard. Definitely not worth the wait! Would not return.

I ordered the Mahi Taco with the chipotle aïoli on the side, the tater Tots - Sm with honey mustard, the fried Pickle Fries with ranch and mac & cheese. I received none of the sauces. And it sucks because my mahi tacos are pretty much bland without the chipotle aïoli. Mac & cheese it's overcooked, mushy, and very bland.

Even if I reorganized the burgers they're still awful. Zero care in putting them in the box let alone cooking.. thankfully my pretzels are good as always considering there is almost zero effort needed. I'm very disappointed

Loaded Tots were legit. Crispy and did not skimp on the toppings. Southwest Egg Rolls are a pass. Smells like damp lettuce, not much taste. Side note, the bacon jam is not the sweet kind.
