Item was made when I arrived. Was great and had exact what I expect from a high dollar smoothie bar. Staff did a great job, even ate supper there. Lovely people here

I ordered a vanilla shake through doordash. It costs $6.99, but after taxes it was $8.32. But my card was billed $9.98 despite having no shipping. I thought the shake would be good considering the high price. It wasn't. It wasn't thick enough and came in a Pepsi paper cup with half the cup filled up with cream. Too expensive for a shake and yet both the quality and quantity was below average.

Ordered the Vanilla Shake, Raspberry Smoothie, and a Strawberry Peach Smoothie. This was far from a shake or smoothie. The flavor was very strange on all of them, and they all were icey like a slushy.

I already left a bad review for the "smoothies" I ordered which were terrible! I had a chance to try the chocolate shake that I also ordered.... it is also full of huge chunks of ice to! Is your equipment not working or what? I feel Iike I paid $23 for three cups of ice. Never again!

Not actually smoothies. Smoothies, by definition, are thick, smooth drinks of fresh fruit pureed with milk, yogurt, or ice cream. This was a slushy: ice crystals mixed with flavored syrup. Taste was good for a slushy, but definitely not what was advertised or expected.
