The grilled chicken quesadilla was excellent! Very filling and tasty! The Sol De Mexico green burrito was good with the steak and enough to eat more the next day! Chicken enchiladas- amazing as usual !! Can go wrong at Sol De Mexico!!

The Quesadilla Sol-Tera with only cheese, the cheese wasn't melted enough. Their rice and Rice and Beans were delicious, the rice tasted fresh on most areas. The portions were the perfect size. I had reheat the rice and beans but it's expected for that. The quesadilla even when I reheated wasn't melting enough. I would order the rice and beens again!
So overall an 8/10

Always Amazing. The Enchiladas Mexicanas has two different enchiladas on each side..2 red and 2 green. The Enchiladas are separated and the center was amazingly filled with Rice & Beans.
*I want to highlight this because right in center was an entire sliced fresh avocado (I think thats quite amazing in its own right).

New favorite restaurant. I'm introducing all my friends to it. They actually use Mirepoix in their ground beef!! That's legit.

I got the Mexican Bowl. Unfortunately, it was not fresh at all. The cheese on the beans was congealed, the salad was not fresh, and the guac was brown. In addition the beans and rice did not taste great. It's too bad because the Bellingham location is always so good.
