Id like to give 100 stars! The food here is always fresh, perfectly prepared, and absolutely positively, unequivocally DELICIOUS! I cannot overstate the quality and taste of the food.
The owners are nice,friendly, enthusiastic, and very takentedat what they do. I cannit recommend this place enough. I generally eat here at least once a month, usually twice.
Fair pricing for the large servings, amazing quality of the food, and the extremely friendly service, and incomparably tasty food.
You really need to try this food. You will truly want to eat there every day! Get the Smash Mac, with either pulled pork or chicken; both are perfect. The desserts are great, too.
This place definitely raises the bar for food trucks in the area. As they used to say on TV: Try it, you'll like it, I promise.

Good flavorful sauce. There was so much pork, barely any sauce or mac in the wrap. Pork was dry and flavorless, the Mac and cheese was also flavorless unfortunately. The only redeeming quality was the amazing Caroline BBQ sauce on both dishes. The chicken was cooked properly, but those were not chicken tenders (maybe half of a very thin butterflied breast chopped up and fried perfectly?) The fries were fine but there was salt all over the bottom of the container. Not understanding why I paid so much money unfortunately.

I don't want to sound dramatic, but this may have been the best lunch I've ever had. The Mac with the chopped chicken, so much flavor. Couldn't eat it fast enough. Fresh, crispy fries seasoned perfectly. 10/10 will return.

The communication was excellent in that the place let me know the substitutes they had to use. The sauce wasn't too spicy and the wings were cooked perfectly!! the pulled pork was so tender and juicy and the sauce on the sliders was just the right amount of sweet and spicy! Def will do again!!

Ok southern nibble. I see you. Ive been here a few times and I have to admit it has usually been sort of on the bland side. This time the Mac slaps. A lot of flavor, you can taste the cheese, could use just a tad bit more salt, but in Sequim, if they stay consistent it's probably my favorite Mac n cheese.
The bbq pulled pork fried are pretty good, the yellow sauce just needs more kick to it and it would probably be one of my favorites.
I dont know what I expected with bama hot sauce. It's sadly mild for my pallet but the hot sauce itself is good.
Overall if they can keep this consistency its close enough to home, that it fills this huge gaping hole that most NW bbq places can't fill. Now if only they could serve sweet tea so diabeticly sweet....
