Everything was great but the Hot Chocolate had spilled everywhere because there's a large hole in the paper cup lid that is there to help someone sip (physics), but will leak liquid because it's a pretty wide hole. The sipping opening had a sticker over it, but the other hole did not and should have.

The sandwich was dry....I thought with melted cheese and pesto sauce it would be comfortable to eat....but the turkey meat was HARD and Crusted - like it had been left out and dried out overnight on the counter.... unable to enjoy it in any way, even after trying to add condiments.

There needs to be an option to have iced drinks hot. The ube coconut macchiato is absolutely delicious hot. But I can't order it that way online.
