Way too much ice in the Iced Shaken Espresso. after removing two-thirds of ice from my Venti cup, (because the ice was literally packed from bottom all the way to the top), there is one third a cup of espresso. Just ONE-THIRD inside the largest cup. So I paid over $8 for a third of a cup of espresso. It hasn't always been like this, but now it's just insulting. I know WHY that much ice is added, but it's just wrong. Making it appear we're getting the amount of beverage that we ordered, but we really don't. definitely gotten worse. love the service, the joyful handwritten notes, but the ice and little amount of actual beverage is insulting. Iced lemon loaf is always awesome and what I expect.

2 out of 3 times I order from this store items are missing from the delivery and when I go in person it takes longer than other stores to get my order. I don't think they have enough staff to cover the amount of business they get at this location

I never leave reviews. I'll keep it short. I ordered an item that was sold out, and instead of the store alerting me or the dasher that they did not have that item, they opted to have my delivery person drive here to give me a bag with a card that says "We're so sorry, but unfortunately we have sold out of" and they couldn't be bothered to write my name nor the sandwich I ordered on the card. I would have accepted a substitue sandwich or even a gift card for the trouble and loss of money, and nothing of the sort was offered. It is grossly unprofessional.

I loved the little handwritten messages on our drinks! We ordered door dash and everything was packed so nicely and each drink had an individual little touch. So cute ! It made us smile this morning
