I've been having a rough couple of weeks and today I ordered Starbucks as a treat. Not only is it so nice to come into the office to a fresh cup of hot Macchiato made JUST RIGHT but whoever made my order took the time to write something sweet on it. Tropical butterfly lemonade refresher was tasty...but not worth all the hype. For the price I thought it would have been llarger.

• 9/7/26Hi, I just wanted to provide some feedback about my order. My matcha was filled well below the top, much less than I would normally expect. I was disappointed because it didn’t seem like I received a full drink. I would appreciate it if you could look into this. Thank you.

• 14/1/26Items were as expected; however beverages and food were in one bag and at some point the lid on one of the Iced Starbucks Blonde® Vanilla Lattes was dislodged and the drink wound up on the food. Not a huge deal, just a possible fyi. Staff are lovely and products themselves always meet expectations.

• 2/1/25Prefer the chemong location. Something always wrong with orders at this location. Top bun of sandwich was toasted rock hard but bottom of sandwich is soggy.
