Anu is the kindness most professional female manager of Starbucks, she makes fabulous specialty drinks, 2nd to none. My mornings and my days are better because Anu gets up really early to help others. honorable mention to MR.. Mike the boss, my first friend who says welcome in and sets the tone for his wonderful staff. Lin D

Anu at Santa Monica blvd Starbucks is a gem, a treasure. Noone makes better coffee, has a kinder attitude and she is a consummate professional manager as well. My mornings are wonderful when Anu says welcome in. My love to Mike of course and the rest of the S.M Blvd family. Thanks Anu, Lin D.

Mike the manager the other manager and staff go above and beyond. Several Starbucks have closed,this store is picking up many customers and they're still doing a superlative service to appreciative people like me "Welcome in" LinD

Vanilla Caffè Latte ordered with extra pumps of vanilla did not taste like vanilla. Grande Iced Caramel Macchiato was ordered with caramel swirl on the cup but did not have it.
