Line on the inside of the cup was how much was in my drink. Drink doesnt even taste that sweet. Asked for it to be extra hot and it barely was even hot. No topper on the cup so it spilled everywhere in the bag.

I love my Iced lavender cream matcha but today it was mediocre. Not sure what they did but there wasn't very much lavender cream this time. The matcha part wasn't very good. I am disappointed.

they made everything right, the food was warm, AND they put sweet little messages on the cups "keep smiling" and "stay amazing" and it genuinely made my morning

The drink is amazing but didn't fill the drink up all the way and it's like what are we paying money for? There's a good gap that should be filled with the drink.
