The pumpkin spice latte was wonderful, mmmmm..........especially since I didn't get ONE last year! And I always find the food from Starbucks fresh & Delicious........today I ordered the Cheese Danish and as usual it was fresh, warm and good ingredients (not cheap substitutes!)

I really dont like to leave negative reviews because of how it can permanently affect the future of a store, but this is my second negative review for this particular starbucks. Things are constantly off. Today's mocha Frappuccino tasted like nothing...the only flavor was the chocolate syrup pump on the bottom of the cup. The rest was just blended ice and a little bit of coffee. It was not good. When I order in the afternoon, the coffee almost always tastes stale and particularly bitter, not fresh. There's been times when I ordered an iced latte, and they sent the drink without ice and way too much milk. This has all been through Doordash, and I am totally disappointed. You charge a small fortune for your coffee drinks and as a customer, it would be appreciated if you could get things right. Thanks

I paid almost $15 for a drink and it wasn't made right. Half my customizations were wrong/not put in. I get same drink every time so I just press reorder and when I pulled it out I could tell by looking at it that it wasn't right...

My venti Iced Caffe Latte came without ice and tasted like watered down milk with a little coffee added for flavor. I ordered an Everything Bagel not toasted and they did both. The cream cheese was VERY sour. This has always been my go-to Starbucks, but it was a big fail today.

The Peppermint Hot Chocolate was missing the chocolate. It was literally peppermint flavored milk with a layer of oil on it with two chocolate chips. The Impossible™ Breakfast Sandwich came with egg and no sausage, which was the opposite from what I ordered. I ended up having to give the sandwhich away since I can't eat eggs. The only edible thing was the Chocolate Croissant. I was only refunded $4 for a $28 order even though only one thing was correct. I will not be ordering from Starbucks again.
