I ordered 2 chai lattes which arrived extremely watered down with hardly any flavor. I also asked for an additional shot of espresso in one and I can hardly taste that. I am a regular Starbucks customer and this is my go to. I was extremely disappointed today.

I ordered two sandwiches, one without cheese. They both came without cheese. The bigger problem was the latte with oat milk. I have ordered this before from Starbucks bucks through DoorDash and it was amazing. This time the latte was terrible. There is absolutely no foam in it. It tastes like regular coffee with milk. It doesn't resemble a latte in any way.

The order was 40 minutes late. My lunch period was over. Not happy. Now I'm stuck trying to eat inconspicuously. The drink was delicious! The sandwich was COLD and soggy! My dasher contacted me twice to say that he was still at the store waiting for them to make my order, so I know it was not the fault of the dasher.
