The sandwiches used to be so good. Lately, they are inedible because the bread is rock hard. Need to be careful, you'll lose a tooth. I won't be ordering again, because it's a waste of money when you can't eat it.

For the second time in a row, the customizations I requested for my drink were not added, and once again, I was charged for the customizations. So I paid extra for something I did not receive. What's even more ridiculous is the customizations are printed on the sticker they put on the cup, so they could have seen what I requested. Attached is a photo of the sticker as proof.

No whip cream like it usually comes and I paid an extra 60 centsfor pumpkin spice topping and got a dot of it. :( for something that cost $20 for one drink on door dash sucks to not have it right. Especially after a long shift at work
