Starbucks was very helpful!! My sister is under the weather and I'm an hour away. The Medicine Ball tea I wanted to send to her wasn't on the app, so I called the store. They made it work and I'm so grateful! My sister loves it.

Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino® Blended Beverage was not made correctly. My Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap was hard around the edges and not "wrapped" correctly. Half of the wrap had nothing in it. Very disappointed!

sometimes when I get no ice, they fill it. other times, they leave inches of space from the top. my drink is $11+ because I add things to it. missing my whipped cream. I can order the same thing tomorrow and get it made better.

The brown Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso was supposed to have cold foam on it and was an extra charge. There was no cold foam. The Tropical Butterfly Refresher looked nothing like the picture online and was very bland
