Every year I countdown to the holiday season in great anticipation for when the Caramel Brûlée Latte becomes available!! It's my absolute favorite coffee drink of all time! It's absolute perfection in a cup, & the only hot coffee beverage that is perfection "as is"!! My husband LOVES the bacon sausage breakfast wrap. He says it's the perfect portion, & always tastes as if they made it fresh just for him.

Consistency is so important when providing a service or product, and lately every time I order a drink from this location, it’s different. Today I ordered an Iced Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and it arrived barely 80% full with almost no oat milk. It tasted like straight coffee. When I called the store, I was given excuses about “only adding an inch of oat milk” and “bubbles taking up space,” but as you can see in the photo, there was plenty of room in the cup and the drink was clearly made incorrectly. I don’t mind mistakes — they happen — but what I expect is consistency and accountability. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive either today.

I received a half full Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso but the price was definitely Full priced!!!

Call me crazy but I'm pretty sure your drink isn't supposed to come filled this far from the top. This has happened to me once or twice before but it's my first time posting about it. I could tell right away when I picked up the cup that it was lighter than usual on the top half that I had my index finger around wasn't hot. Upon opening it I saw the level and was very disappointed
