the staff is friendly which is most important. however I was so disappointed in my Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. yes it was made exactly as i ordered it but the cup was clear full of ice. i bet i only 1/4 of that cup had liquid in it. I showed the picture to doordash and got a full refund. not paying that much for 1/4 c of fluid. it was delicious though. all 3oz of it lol.

My favorite treat from here, but not at all loving the sticker they put over the drink hole. Certainly they have a better option?

i ordered a large coffee and they only filled half the cup. mind you, I ordered a medium coffee the day before because they gave me too little in that serving as well. it was almost the same exact amount as before. so ordering a bigger size didn't make a difference. i pretty much paid extra money for no reason. Someone at the café is either intentionally being stingy or incompetent.

The order was made incorrectly such as no extra purée and strawberry cold foam that I paid additional for. Then cup was put in the bag not secured to the drink holder. This caused half my drink to spill inside the bag.
