Put the lids on the coffee cups. Neither drink had the lid fully on the cup. Can't be the dasher because you sealed the bag. Bag is full of all the Matcha and coffee that spilled. Matcha is half full, impressive feat.

I’ve ordered from this location before and usually have a good experience, but this order was disappointing. Both matcha drinks were made incorrectly. The matcha was clumpy and not properly mixed, and neither drink included the cold foam that was ordered. The quality was noticeably off compared to usual, so I’m hoping this was just an off day.

We spend $12 getting this drink... the least they could do is fill the cup... hardly any real product with all that ice

My latte was great at always, but my bacon, Gouda, egg sandwich only had egg in it. Pretty disappointing.
