I love that Starbucks can handle my customizations. That said, almost every time I order from them, my drinks seem to be 1/6 to 1/4 missing! It's like a grande in a venti, which is annoying because I'm spending $30 on 3 drinks which aren't even full.

My oatmeal was incorrect and gross. The oatmeal itself was soggy, they forgot the nut packet I ordered (wanted the protein), sent dried fruit instead which was leaking and disgusting not sealed correctly, and the blueberry packet was barely half full!!!! I order oatmeal all the time from Starbucks and this was very disappointing. Please advise how I can go about getting a refund thank you

They get my order right only about 40% of the time, it seems. Sometimes the extra things I pay for are omitted. And, usually, the drinks are under-filled. I imagine they do this for Door Dashers, but if I'm paying for extra coffee, I would hope I get that coffee. The drink trays and stickers make it such that they're less likely to spill, so I don't know why they keep doing this despite regular feedback.

I keep ordering the same thing in the top 20% of the cup is empty. This doesn't happen when I go in person but somehow everytime ordering delivery
