The store yet doesn't understand customer satisfaction, they continue (on weekdays) to make a Caramel Macchiato ($9) into an awful tasteless mush ($2). This is a disrespect to loyal customers sorry to say. Hope you take heed and train your staff to make a proper coffee worth the cost.

Ordered a grande cafe latte with vanilla syrup; it just tastes like warm milk. Not sure if the barista forgot to add both espresso shots, but it was not good

As a daily consumer of the Caramel Macchiato, I'm disappointed that only a few know how to make this coffee properly, at least 2 times a week my coffee tastes horrendous, goes to the trash. Please get proper training for this drink.
