Whenever i order a pink drink it's very annoying because they put 99% coconut milk rather than balancing it with the base. It sucks because im paying $11 for this just to get milk and ice in a cup..

I ordered two Horchata Crème Frappuccino® Blended Beverages with no coffee shots, as specified clearly in the app. Unfortunately, coffee was added to both drinks. My wife has an ulcer and cannot consume coffee, so we had to throw them away. This is the third time a barista has ignored my “no coffee” modification and prepared the drinks however they chose. When I called the store to address the issue, I received no helpful resolution. We love Starbucks and frequently order these drinks, but repeated errors like this are very frustrating and wasteful. I hope management can reinforce the importance of following customizations, especially for customers with dietary/health restrictions.
