Way too much ice (over 1/2 way) and coconut milk (definitely more than a 1/2 inch) for a cold brew. Light color not typical for a cold brew drink. Also, you included a short straw for a grande and this is a trenta. Stop being cheap on the coffee.

The top piece of bread was stale and hard. Some of the egg was stuck to the bag and it didn't taste right.

The drink had no caramel drizzle on top of my cold foam, my cold foam was runny the cup was not lined up with caramel. Drink tasted like bland milk

Put a piece of tape ( not a drink sticker) over the mouth opening of the drink. When I removed the tape, it left residue where I had to try and drink my drink. Pretty gross.
